​​​​Riverwalk Real Estate Signage Rules

• Only (1) one sign is permitted per home or lot.
• Signs must be no larger than 36 inches by 36 inches, professionally lettered and neatly installed.
• Signs are to be mounted free standing and is NOT permitted to be mounted on vegetation (trees).
• Signs are NOT permitted on marked walking trails.  ​​​This includes the "Walking Trail" that borders the Toccoa River.
• Signs are NOT permitted on the POA Common Areas.​

Violation of the above signage rules will result in removal of the sign(s).
